Mild and deep ruby-colored wine was kept in a French oak barrel for almost a year. After bottling, the wine matured calmly in quiet and cool cellars.
Extremely delicate and mild, like silk.
Recommended with hard cheese, rich red and game meat.
Black currants have been known for a thousand years and were originally called “monk berries”. In the XVIth-XVIIIth c. blackcurrants were popular in royal gardens for therapeutic purposes.
