Monte Pacis Tastings is a mini-performance consisting of taste, aesthetic image, smells, history and modernity. Dishes are created daily – using what we have at its best – vegetables grown in the green garden of Pažaislis Monastery, catches of farmers, fishermen and hunters, new foreign products presented by partners, listening to the memories of monks or historians, actively following modern gastronomic news. The A la Carte menu includes not only all the kitchen teams, but also the “blessed” dishes of the whole Monte Pacis team. But every time, great ideas, recipes, and discoveries remain in the margin. We add all this to the daily tastings. We also include extremely short-season products, both local and imported. So the restaurant’s chef Raimundas Dambrauskas says boldly – in the tasting menu you will taste the best we have today.
